Historic Dayton House Main Floor Rental Policy

The Historic Dayton House offers a variety of uses for the facility, in an historic setting, for private and public events. The protection of these facilities and the delicate nature of the home's furnishings and collections require that guidelines be set for how each area can be used by rental parties. Attendance for all events is limited to pre-registration, invitation, and membership of the group renting the facility and is restricted to the areas identified on the rental agreement form.

General Suite Information:

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the restored Historic Dayton House combines 1890s elegance with modern luxuries for a restful stay. We offer two spacious suites that feature private sitting rooms, full baths, antique furnishings and chandeliers, high speed wireless internet, TVs and plush linens.

You're sure to delight in the south-facing breakfast area, which is in the broad hallway between the Dayton Suite and the Smallwood Suite.  This charming space is reached by ascending the lovely, 17-step cherrywood staircase.
